MCUBEUSA provides cloud-based business management platforms for non-profit organizations, supplementary schools, and small manufacturers. Our services include member management, student management, IoT monitoring, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload malicious software
  • Interfere with service operations
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by MCUBEUSA LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to the platform.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCUBEUSA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. We will provide reasonable time to export your data before account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
